Live Voice Chat
Join the community voice room to connect with other users in real-time via audio, text chat, and screen sharing.
What Is the Community Room?
The community room is a live voice and text chat space built into the dashboard. It's a place to connect with other LinkedIn Sales Assistant users, share tips, get help, and network — all in real-time.
Joining the Room
- Click Community in the dashboard sidebar (under LinkedIn platform).
- If the room is open, you'll see active participants and can join the voice channel.
- Grant microphone permission when prompted by your browser.
Voice Chat
Voice chat is powered by WebRTC (via Cloudflare Calls) for low-latency, high-quality audio. You can:
- Mute/unmute your microphone.
- See who's speaking with live indicators.
- Share your screen to show your LinkedIn feed, dashboard, or anything else.
Text Chat
A text chat panel runs alongside the voice room. Send messages, share links, and keep the conversation going even when you're muted. Messages are visible to all participants in the room.
Participant Roles
- Admin — full control over the room. Can kick, mute, and assign roles to any participant.
- Sub-Admin — moderate permissions for helping manage the room.
- User — regular participant with speaking and screen sharing permissions (configurable by admin).
Room Management
Admins can open or close the room, set a custom room title, and manage individual participant permissions (who can speak, who can share their screen). Participants can be kicked or banned if necessary.
