1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the LinkedIn Sales Assistant Chrome extension, dashboard, or any related services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkedIn Sales Assistant is an AI-powered tool that helps you generate comments on LinkedIn posts. The Service includes a Chrome extension, a web dashboard for managing personas and analytics, and a backend that generates comments using AI.

All comments are AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every comment before it is posted.

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or any content that violates LinkedIn's terms or community guidelines
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair LinkedIn or any other platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or backend services
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures

5. LinkedIn Compliance

LinkedIn has its own terms of service and policies regarding automated activity. You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with LinkedIn's terms of service
  • Automated or excessive commenting may result in LinkedIn restricting or suspending your LinkedIn account
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn
  • We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account as a result of using this Service

6. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. By subscribing to the Pro plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard billing portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
  • If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until payment is resolved

7. AI-Generated Content

Comments generated by the Service are produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your context. You acknowledge that:

  • You must review every AI-generated comment before posting
  • You are solely responsible for any content you post on LinkedIn, whether AI-generated or not
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated comments
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, biases, or inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personas, comment history, and account data remain yours.

You grant us a limited license to process your persona descriptions and LinkedIn post content solely for the purpose of generating comments through the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of LinkedIn account access, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
